Sharp and Carter is seeking a Senior Corporate Finance Analyst to support a major capital management and funding program for a large Australian infrastructure group. You will work with the CFO, senior leaders and advisers on transactions and strategic finance.

The six‑month contract offers exposure to refinancing, capital structure reviews and an inaugural credit rating process, with extensive stakeholder engagement and high‑level financial modelling.

Formación

• Experience supporting transactions, corporate finance projects or strategic initiatives.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Experience preparing board papers, presentations or investment papers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Support the delivery of a major capital management and funding program.
• Assist with the organisation's inaugural credit rating process.
• Review, update and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Undertake sensitivity, scenario and capital structure analysis.
• Coordinate due diligence activities and manage information requests from key stakeholders.
• Prepare board papers, executive presentations and transaction materials.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers to support project delivery.
• Assess funding alternatives and capital structure options.
• Support business case preparation, financial analysis and transaction workstreams.
