Job summary

The University of Technology Sydney is seeking a Pathway Development Coordinator within the Lifetime Learner Experience Unit to develop and manage pathway programs and support international student recruitment. You will identify opportunities, liaise with Manager International Pathway Programs, coordinate visits, and oversee enrolment processes, with some after-hours work to accommodate time zones.

Responsibilities

• Identify pathway opportunities in market relating to pathway programs including models, recruitment potential, risks, and competitor analysis.
• Provide expert advice to Student Advisors on complex admissions cases and challenging enquiries to support the exceptional student experience.
• Coordinate with internal university units and partner universities to ensure the smooth enrolment process and accurate application of RPL.
• Provide feasibility reports for pathway opportunities with recommendations to internal stakeholders such as the Manager, faculties and the senior management.
• Design, deliver and evaluate engagement programs/activities for partner universities and facilitating agents to ensure best partner experience and effectiveness.
• Supervise the coordination of schedules and visits to Pathway Partners for UTS stakeholders and vice versa.
• Conduct overseas travel for promotion of pathway programs and recruitment of pathway students.
