Job summary

InLife is seeking a Senior Coordinator for CBD & Inner Suburbs on a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave cover. You will lead a team of disability support workers, coordinate rosters, and partner with Client Service Managers to deliver person-centred support in clients’ homes or shared living settings.

This hybrid role focuses on mentoring staff, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring quality service while navigating flexible shifts and generous salary packaging.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability, health or community services with direct client support and team coordination.
• Proven ability to roster and manage staffing schedules.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with cloud-based rostering/incident reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of InLife Assistants to provide great service.
• Coach and mentor the team on a day-to-day basis.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families.
• Collaborate with Client Service Managers to manage rosters and recruitment.
• Maintain client records and monitor funded support budgets with finance.
• Contribute to policy improvements and on-call after-hours coordination.
• Work shifts with clients in homes or shared accommodation.
