Job summary

InLife is a not-for-profit disability support provider in Australia. The Coordinator will lead and energise teams to deliver excellent client service, partnering with Client Service Managers to manage care teams across homes and shared living settings.

The role involves rostering, on-shift work, and strong client relationships. You will work across flexible shifts, travel in a designated territory, and participate in an after-hours on-call roster.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability, health or community services.
• Strong client-focused care approach and collaboration.
• Active listening and relationship-building skills.
• Tech comfort with cloud-based rostering and incident reporting apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of InLife Assistants to deliver high-quality disability support.
• Coach and mentor the team; support rostering and induction processes.
• Build strong relationships with clients and their families to support goals.
• Maintain client records and monitor funded support budgets with the finance team.
• Collaborate with Client Service Managers to roster, recruit and train staff.
• Provide ongoing staff training and respond to on-call after hours roster.
