InLife Independent Living Ltd is seeking a dynamic Coordinator to lead disability support teams across home and community settings. You’ll manage client relationships, develop care teams, and oversee rostering and staff development in a hybrid role that balances in-home support with coordination duties.

• Proven track record in disability, health or community services coordinating a team.
• Experience rostering and use of record management systems.
• Strong client-focused care approach and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with clients, families and care teams.

• Coach and mentor staff on a day-to-day basis
