Lifely is seeking an NDIS Support Coordinator for a 12-month maternity leave in our Bendigo Office. This full-time role offers the chance to coordinate supports for participants and work within a passionate disability services team.

Remuneration starts at SCHADS Level 4, about $92,279 per annum pro-rata or $46.70/hour, with salary packaging options for eligible staff. Training and induction provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the disability sector is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Well-developed resolution and negotiation skills.
• Commitment to teamwork, reliability and professional presentation.

Responsabilités

• Supporting participants to connect with relevant resources and providers.
• Facilitating contact with resources and providers to enable choice and control and establish service agreements.
• Accepting or rejecting referrals from NDIA for Support Coordination per Interchange rules.
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date participant records and activity notes.
• Undertaking research and staying updated on providers and services in the local community.
• Ensuring client contracts, quotes and expenditure are accurate.
• Ensuring expenses fall within budgetary guidelines.
• Submitting plans and costed proposals for events/activities.
• Submitting NDIS reports (interim and progress reporting).
