Zusammenfassung

InLife Independent Living Ltd seeks a Coordinator to lead disability support teams and manage client rosters. You will work in clients' homes or SIL settings, building strong relationships with clients and families while guiding staff training and development.

You will balance on-shift duties with rostering responsibilities, ensuring high-quality service, care coordination, and adherence to program budgets. This is a dynamic role within a supportive, not-for-profit organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in disability, health or community services, including direct client support and coordinating a team with rostering experience.
• Passion for client-focused care and a collaborative approach.
• Active listening skills and ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and care teams.
• Tech savvy and comfortable with cloud-based rostering and incident reporting apps.
• Well-developed communication skills in reporting and professional engagement with staff, clients and families.
• Confidence and energy to inspire and support other Assistants.
• Relevant qualifications and/or experience in Community Services/Case Management (or equivalent).

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of InLife Assistants to provide great service.
• Coaching and mentoring the team of InLife Assistants.
• Develop and maintain positive, respectful and supportive relationships with our clients and the important people in their lives.
• Work side-by-side with our clients to foster and promote positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with Client Service Managers to maintain client team rosters, recruit team members and guide induction.
• Provide ongoing support, mentoring and client-specific training for staff.
• Maintain client records and monitor funded support budgets with finance team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of policies and procedures.
• Participate in on-call after hours coordinator roster.
• Work on shifts with clients.
