Job summary

Stockland seeks an experienced Senior Contract Specialist and Licensed Conveyancer to lead complex conveyancing for the Communities portfolio in Sydney. You will manage end-to-end processes, coordinate with internal teams and external providers, and oversee settlements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will balance high-priority tasks, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and continue building knowledge across state conveyancing processes in a busy, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Conveyancer qualification is required; a legal qualification is highly regarded.
• Proven knowledge of real estate development and conveyancing processes.
• Experience with high-volume, complex conveyancing transactions and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end conveyancing for Stockland Communities including contracts and settlements.
• Coordinate conveyancing instructions, conditions, and key dates; review disclosures and variations.
• Oversee settlements through PEXA and ensure alignment across systems and docs.
