You will manage residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and help with settlements. Flexibility to work from Holden Hill or Two Wells is available.

Responsibilities

• Managing residential and commercial conveyancing transactions.
• Managing Land Divisions (experience preferred).
• Preparation of settlement statements.
• Drafting of LTO documents.
• Attending settlements when necessary.
• Preparing and checking Form 1 Statements and invoices.
• Liaising with all relevant parties throughout property transactions; Conveyancers, financial institutions, real estate agents, brokers, etc.
• Work as part of a genuine and hard-working team who get the job done together.
