No management responsibilities—this hands-on role offers direct client, agent and lender interaction, with modern systems to support accurate file progression from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in conveyancing.
• Strong understanding of QLD residential property transactions and PEXA.
• Confident managing files independently from instruction to settlement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Experience with LEAP or similar legal practice software preferred.
