Job summary

Hindsight Legal Advisers in New South Wales is seeking a senior conveyancer to join our property law team and support ongoing growth. You will manage NSW/ACT conveyancing files end-to-end, coordinate with clients, solicitors and lenders, and contribute to a thriving, detail‑oriented practice.

Reporting to the principals, you will develop a robust skillset within a collaborative environment that rewards excellence and hard work.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of conveyancing practices and processes.
• Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading NSW & ACT conveyancing files from end to end in accordance with our processes and systems.
• Managing your workflow and calendar to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Liaising with clients, external solicitors and conveyancers, banks, finance brokers, government agencies and others to ensure the conveyancing process runs smoothly.
• Completing settlement using the PEXA platform
• Ensuring ongoing file management, accuracy and attention to detail in record keeping.
• Keeping clients informed of developments and maintaining great communication throughout the process.
• Team/Office Support as required – includes assisting with team files, answering phones and interacting with walk-in clients in reception
