Job summary

Everi Pty seeks an autonomous conveyancer or conveyancing paralegal to own a busy in-house practice within our Property/Conveyancing division. You will manage end-to-end conveyancing for off-the-plan residential developments (about 95%) and some existing properties, from pre-contract review to post-settlement using PEXA.

Qualifications

• Conveyancer or conveyancing paralegal with 4+ years’ experience in conveyancing including off-the-plan residential property projects.
• Autonomously manage from pre-exchange to post-settlement off-the-plan conveyancing files.
• Proactive, meticulous with strong drafting and time-priority skills.
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Experience working in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with PEXA and LEAP.
• Seeking a long-term in-house role with a reputable employer.

Responsibilities

• Run own property projects (approx 95% off-the-plan residential developments + 5% existing residential) and manage conveyancing from pre-contract to post-settlement using PEXA.
• Prepare sale contracts.
• Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, banks and real estate agents at every stage and prepare all required correspondence and legal documents.
