Clarity Partners seeks a Senior Contracts Manager – Projects to lead a contracts team across major energy projects, integrating renewables with traditional power generation. Reporting to the General Manager, you will develop, negotiate and manage complex contracts, drive governance, risk management and value delivery.

You will influence commercial outcomes, oversee performance monitoring, and ensure contracts align with governance, environmental, social and health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading contracts or commercial teams.
• Proven track record managing complex, high‑risk project contracts.
• Strong knowledge of contracting practices and risk management.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements and resolve issues.
• Excellent analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Relevant tertiary qualification; CIPS qualifications highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the contracts team, promoting best practice across the full contract lifecycle.
• Oversee the development, negotiation, award and management of complex, high-risk project contracts.
• Monitor contract performance, identify commercial risks and provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders.
• Drive improvements in contract management processes, policies and governance frameworks.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead the resolution of complex contractual issues and disputes.
• Collaborate with Legal, HSE and ESG teams to ensure contracts align with business objectives.
