Job summary

Enerven is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to provide commercial leadership across major projects in Australia. You will be embedded with project delivery teams, owning commercial and contractual management from mobilisation through to completion, and leading Contract Administrators.

You will work with Project Managers, clients and subcontractors to protect contractual entitlements, minimise risk and maximise project performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management or commercial management within major projects.
• Ability to translate obligations, risks and entitlements into practical project controls.
• Knowledge of contract administration, variations, claims and obligations.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial obligations of major projects from award to final account.
• Review contracts and translate obligations, risks and timeframes into controls.
• Manage notices, variations, compensation events and change mechanisms.
• Prepare, substantiate and negotiate claims including delay, disruption, and loss and expense.
• Partner with Project Managers to manage commercial risk and cost exposure.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Contract Administrators.
• Manage subcontract commercial performance and negotiations with clients/subcontractors.
• Resolve client and subcontractor disputes.
