Job summary

CBH Group in Perth CBD is seeking a Lead – Contracts to join our Commercial team within the Project Delivery Group. You will oversee contract management across Sustaining Capital and Expansion projects, guiding tender through close-out and providing practical commercial advice.

This senior role requires experience in tendering, contract formation and administration, strong data-driven decision making and the ability to influence across project teams.

Qualifications

• Proven contract management experience in construction, infrastructure or resource industries.
• Strong understanding of tendering, contract formation and administration.
• Ability to analyse complex commercial matters and provide practical guidance.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Willingness to verify information, challenge assumptions and identify risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management activities across Sustaining Capital and Expansion projects, supporting Project Managers from tender through to contract close out.
• Prepare and review tender documents, contract packages, approvals and reporting.
• Oversee and review progress claims, variations, contractual notices and supporting documentation.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and promote consistent contract management practices.
• Analyse complex commercial matters, verify information, identify risks and give practical recommendations.
