Job summary

CBH is seeking a Lead – Contracts to join our Commercial team in the Project Delivery Group. Based in Perth CBD, you will manage contracts from tender to close out, advising project teams and ensuring sound commercial judgement across Sustaining Capital and Expansion projects.

You will guide junior staff, review variances and notices, and coordinate with contractors and internal teams to deliver practical commercial outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Proven contract management experience in construction, infrastructure or resources.
• Strong knowledge of tendering, contract formation and administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract management across Sustaining Capital and Expansion projects.
• Prepare and review tender documents, contract packages and reporting.
• Oversee progress claims, variations, notices, contract records and documentation.
• Mentor junior contracts team members and project teams.
• Analyze complex commercial matters with CBH policies and provide practical guidance.
