Job summary

Built is seeking aTendering and Pre-Construction Lead based in our Perth Head Office. You will drive end-to-end tendering, shape strategies with estimating teams and lead cross-functional collaboration with design and delivery teams to secure high-quality work.

You will bring a strong track record in pre-construction leadership, tender success, and client-focused stakeholder management, with a deep understanding of construction pricing and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading tenders and securing major projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and pricing strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tendering and pre-construction activities to ensure commercial soundness.
• Develop winning bid strategies with estimating teams to refine pricing and competitiveness.
• Engage with clients, consultants and stakeholders to build relationships and secure opportunities.
• Identify risks early and apply smart construction methodologies to improve viability and delivery.
• Contribute to commercial strategies including value engineering and contract negotiations.
