Job summary

Guma-Warnii Resources in Perth is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Specialist to join a major project team. You will develop contracting and procurement strategies, oversee tender and sourcing processes, negotiate agreements and support contract management throughout the project lifecycle.

Based at Perth Central Park, with minimal travel and a 12-month initial assignment, the role offers an hourly rate of AUD 110–120 plus super and the chance to contribute to a significant and innovative

Qualifications

• Significant experience in contracts, procurement or commercial management.
• Proven experience managing complex and high-value contracts.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

Guma-Warnii Resources is currently seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Specialist to join a major project team based in Perth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior contracts and procurement professional to work within a dynamic project environment, supporting key commercial activities and working closely with project teams and senior stakeholders.

About the Role

As the Senior Contracts Specialist, you will provide commercial and procurement expertise across the project lifecycle. You will be involved in developing contracting and procurement strategies, managing tender and sourcing processes, negotiating agreements and supporting the effective management of contracts.
You'll work closely with technical, project and commercial stakeholders to ensure contracts are structured appropriately, risks are managed effectively and project objectives are achieved.
The role will also involve managing supplier and contractor relationships, providing commercial advice and supporting the resolution of variations, claims and other contractual matters.
