Job summary
John Holland Pty Ltd is delivering a landmark Western Trunk Sewer rehabilitation project in Victoria. The Senior Contract Administrator will lead commercial and contractual management of subcontracts, ensuring compliance, financial performance and risk oversight on a 12-month fixed-term basis.
Based at the Western Treatment Plant in Werribee, you will mentor junior staff, coordinate procurement activities and report to the Commercial Manager, contributing to strong governance and project
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Law, QS or Construction Management.
- 5+ years' experience in contract administration on major infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of complex contracts, governance and procurement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical thinker with risk assessment ability.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial, contractual management of project subcontracts.
- Ensure contract compliance and financial performance.
- Oversee contract administration processes.
- Support Commercial Manager with end of month reporting.
- Mentor junior commercial staff and site administrators.
- Monitor subcontractor compliance and assist with procurement.
