Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty Ltd in Perth, WA, seeks a Senior Contracts Administrator to provide senior commercial support across major infrastructure projects. You will draft, negotiate and manage head contracts and subcontracts, coordinate procurement and cash flow, and mentor junior administrators to strengthen commercial processes.

The role requires extensive experience in commercial contracts, strong negotiation skills and a focus on safety and environmental responsibilities within

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• At least seven years in a commercial position within a large organisation.
• Sound knowledge of construction law, turnkey contracts and commercial risk.
• Competence with business systems and improving transactional processes.
• Strong written communication, negotiation and collaborative leadership.
• Commitment to workplace safety and environmental responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate head contracts and subcontracts and manage notices, variations and payment claims.
• Track contractual milestones and maintain reliable commercial records.
• Coordinate procurement registers, supplier awards, cash flow and cost controls.
• Identify construction risks and support dispute avoidance.
• Work with legal advisers and operational stakeholders to resolve complex matters.
• Mentor contract administrators and improve commercial processes.
