Qualifications

• Years of relevant commercial experience in Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying, or Legal.
• Proven ability to report on compliance and commercial performance of contracts over $1M.
• Strong skills in risk assessment and controls for project delivery.
• Experience with project planning, tendering, contracts, and agreements.
• Familiarity with records management and Industrial Relations documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of contracts from inception to delivery.
• Monitor budgets, costs, invoicing, and progress updates.
• Maintain contract records, amendments, and regular performance reports.
• Identify contractual risks and manage variations or disputes.
