Job summary

Abergeldie Complex Infrastructure on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to lead commercial management on a major infrastructure project. You will oversee head contracts and subcontracts, manage procurement, claims, variations, and contract compliance, and report commercially to project leadership.

This site-based role requires a White Card, collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, and a minimum of three days per week on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator on major infrastructure, construction or engineering projects.
• Strong experience administering head contracts and subcontracts, ideally within a Design & Construct environment delivering complex project outcomes.
• Sound understanding of contract law principles and their practical application to claims, variations, contract administration and dispute resolution.

• Lead commercial management of the Sunshine Coast project.

• Support procurement activities and assess subcontractor/supplier claims.
• Manage variations and contract compliance.
