Job summary

DT Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join our Commercial team on the Smoky Creek Solar Power Station Project in Central Queensland. This is a site-based role, available to local to Central Queensland or on a FIFO roster from Brisbane (14 days on, 7 days off).

You will administer subcontract packages through construction, supporting cost control, contractual compliance and commercial outcomes while coordinating with engineers, supervisors and subcontractors on site.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Business, Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in contracts administration on major construction, civil, mining, energy or renewable projects.
• Demonstrated experience administering subcontract packages during project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of subcontract management, progress claims, variations and commercial administration.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across project teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Administer subcontract packages from award through to final account.
• Assess subcontractor progress claims, variations and payment recommendations.
• Manage subcontractor correspondence and contractual compliance.
• Support project cost forecasting, reporting and commercial performance.
• Build strong working relationships with site teams and subcontractors.
