Platform Constructions Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast seeks an experienced Contracts Administrator with deep expertise in Head Contracts and Subcontracts for high-value projects.

You will lead cost control, budgets, and reporting, direct scope writing for trades with the site manager, and ensure compliance with the QLD Security of Payments Act. Strong numeracy, team collaboration, and risk management are essential.

Formación

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Procurement, Law, QS, Engineering or Construction.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in high-rise residential construction contracts.
• Experience as a Contracts Administrator in mid-to-upper tier construction.
• Strong knowledge of Head and Subcontracts administration.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills with software competency.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules.
• Participate in scope planning to minimise gaps and maximise cost efficiency.
• Negotiate contract terms with subcontractors and administer obligations.
• Review payment claims and prepare Payment Schedules under Security of Payments Act.
• Assess subcontractor variations with construction teams.
• Forecasting and cost control processes/strategy implementation.
• Produce cost analysis and flag forecast variances early.
• Create and manage all cost control reports for trades.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships with regular reporting and meetings.
