Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join a Currumbin, Gold Coast project at inception of a $100M program. You will lead contracts administration, review/negotiate contracts, manage procurement with subcontractors, monitor performance, and mentor junior staff.

The role suits someone with high rise apartment project experience, based on the Gold Coast or willing to relocate, and capable of navigating regulations and industry best practices using systems like

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE HIGH RISE APARTMENT PROJECT EXPERIENCE.
• Gold Coast based or willing to relocate.
• Sound knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Jobpac, Simpal, Cheops, Hammertech…)

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Procurement and working closely with subcontractors.
• Monitoring contract performance, variations, and claims
• Maintaining accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentoring and coaching Junior Contracts Administrators
