Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Administrator in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement.
• Experience managing variations, progress claims and reporting.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in projects.

Responsibilities

• Preconstruction: assist tendering, documents control, procurement planning.
• Preconstruction: coordinate procurement activities to meet project requirements.
• Contract Administration: issue purchase orders, variations, progress claims, and maintain contract registers.
• Commercial Management: track progress claims, variations, cost reporting and financial forecasting.
• Stakeholder Management: build relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
