ACCIONA Energía, a leading infrastructure contractor, seeks a Contracts Administrator to oversee head contracts and subcontractor agreements from our South Melbourne office. You will analyze commercial risk, manage variations, and collaborate with project teams to protect revenue and ensure budget compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Contracts Administrator or similar
• Experience managing contracts in construction/engineering/marine/resources/infrastructure
• Experience administering subcontractor agreements and project contracts
• Experience managing variations, claims and contract documentation
• Contract experience in construction/engineering/infrastructure
• National Crime Check and Pre-employment Medical required

Responsibilities

• Administer head contracts and subcontractor agreements, assessing terms and amendments
• Manage variations, claims and contract documentation, negotiating outcomes to protect revenue and budget
• Monitor contract compliance and resolve deviations or breaches
• Run EOI, RFQ and tenders, applying procurement policy and probity requirements
• Shape sourcing strategy and delivery model for value for money and risk management
• Analyse commercial risk, market conditions and contractor behaviour to inform future projects
• Analyse spend and supplier performance in Excel or procurement software to explain drivers and savings
