Job summary

Parklife Metro JV, employed by Webuild, is seeking a Contract Manager to join our team in New South Wales. You will provide commercial leadership across the full contract lifecycle, from procurement through to final account, working closely with construction teams on a complex infrastructure project.

The role focuses on subcontract negotiation, risk management, and ensuring alignment with program and commercial objectives in a high‑growth PPP environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in major construction or infrastructure project contract management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead commercial negotiations and resolve contractual issues.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial leadership across the full contract lifecycle from procurement to final account.
• Lead subcontract negotiations, scope of work, amendments and related documentation.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies for allocated packages and manage progress claims and variations.
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with contracts and program.
