Job summary

Clough is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator - Upstream for Parklife Metro JV in Sydney CBD. You will support commercial and contractual management under the head contract, coordinating with the Commercial Manager, Contract Manager and project teams.

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Commerce, Business or related discipline.
Demonstrated experience managing upstream/head contract matters.
Experience in major construction or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Administer upstream contractual obligations under the head contract.
Review contractual requirements and ensure team compliance within timeframes.
Prepare, review and issue notices, submissions and variations, including EOT submissions and claims.
Support management in addressing significant contractual issues, claims and disputes.
Maintain auditable records of upstream contractual matters.
