Sacyr is seeking a Contract Manager to lead commercial and contractual management for major structural and precast packages on large Australian infrastructure or building projects. You will administer subcontract agreements, assess variations and claims, and coordinate with construction teams, reporting requirements, and stakeholders.

• Degree in a related discipline.
• 8–15 years of contract administration and commercial management experience.
• Experience managing major structural, precast, or concrete packages on large projects.
• Strong knowledge of subcontract procurement and contract management.
• Experience with claims, variations, and commercial negotiations.
• Knowledge of Australian construction contracts.
• JV environments experience desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commercial and contractual management of Superstructure and Precast packages.
• Manage procurement strategy, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and award of major subcontract packages.
• Administer subcontract agreements through project lifecycle.
• Assess variations, claims, extensions of time, and commercial risks.
• Monitor subcontractor performance against cost, schedule, quality and contractual obligations; lead negotiations.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts and cost reports.
• Support monthly internal and client reporting.
• Identify and implement commercial opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering and project controls teams.
