Job summary

Sacyr in Queensland, Australia is seeking a Contract Administrator / Procurement professional to provide commercial support, optimise deals, and ensure project cost control. You will manage subcontractor procurement, tendering processes, and contract administration, with emphasis on construction contracts, forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting.

Spanish language skills are advantageous, but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Proven solid experience as a Contract Administrator in a similar role.
• Previous experience working for a main contractor, builder, construction company or infrastructure contractor.
• Experience in managing subcontractor procurement, tendering processes and contract administration.
• Sound understanding of construction contracts and commercial principles.
• Knowledge of project cost control, forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Relevant qualification.
• Spanish language skills is highly regarded (but not mandatory).
