Job summary

Sacyr is seeking a Contract Administrator / Procurement professional to provide commercial support and optimise project deals across Australian operations. The role focuses on controlling costs, managing subcontractor procurement, and interpreting contracts to protect commercial interests.

The successful candidate will bring solid contract administration experience, knowledge of construction contracts, and an ability to forecast and report financial performance.

Qualifications

• Proven solid experience as a Contract Administrator in a similar role.
• Experience working for a main contractor, builder, construction company or infrastructure contractor.
• Experience in managing subcontractor procurement, tendering processes and contract administration.
• Sound understanding of construction contracts and commercial principles.
• Knowledge of project cost control, forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Spanish language skills is highly regarded (but not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial support to optimise the deal and ensure project cost control requirements are met.
• Manage contractual and financial arrangements to allocate and manage risk.
• Create and manage commercial processes within projects and organisations.
• Negotiate and think strategically to protect rights and maximise value.
