Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10+ years of construction experience.
• Strong background on large-scale mid-tier commercial & residential projects up to $100M.
• Proven leadership in contract management, budget oversight, and subcontractor negotiation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commercial acumen.

Aufgaben

• Administer and oversee construction contracts in line with project goals and compliance requirements.
• Manage budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to manage expectations, resolve disputes, and negotiate favourable terms.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records including variations, progress claims, and contract correspondence.
• Assist with the preparation, issuing, and evaluation of tender documents.
• Work closely with the broader delivery team to ensure timely contract administration.
