Job summary

Morson Edge Australia is seeking a Site Manager to lead a high-end residential project in Sydney’s Inner West. You will manage day-to-day site operations through to handover, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining top-quality finishes and safety standards.

Join an established residential builder with a strong PM and CA support team, and play a key role in delivering a $7M–$8M architecturally complex residence, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high-end residential projects.
• Full lifecycle experience from site establishment through to handover.
• Ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings.
• Strong capability in programme sequencing and subcontractor management.
• Collaborative site leadership with the Project Manager and site team.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations from commencement through to handover.
• Drive construction programmes, sequencing and short-term planning.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and deliveries.
• Review documentation and resolve design and buildability issues.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, architects, consultants and clients.
• Maintain exceptional standards across quality, finishes, programme and safety.
