Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract administration within construction.
• Experience managing head contracts and subcontractor packages.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and solutions focused.
• Confident taking ownership to drive commercial outcomes.
• Team player thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of contract administration from start-up to finalisation.
• Procure and negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements.
• Administer head contracts, variations, progress claims and EOTs.
• Forecast and report project financials; ensure cost control and budget alignment.
• Collaborate with site and design teams to resolve commercial issues.
• Contribute to risk management and value engineering.
