Talent Web Recruitment is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator for a national builder focused on industrial and commercial projects in Western Sydney. You will support delivery from tender through final account on new build warehouses, factories, and logistics facilities.

The role offers a collaborative Sydney team, study support, and a strong growth path with an established Tier 2 builder.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Building, Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on new build industrial projects (warehouses, factories, logistics).
• Strong knowledge of contract terms and delivery methods (Hard Dollar, GMP).
• Experience with Procore, Aconex, Cheops, ProcurePro or MS Project is highly regarded.

• Manage tender packages, procurement and trade letting through to executed subcontracts.
• Prepare and issue head contract progress claims, variations and notices including EOTs.

Senior Contract Administrator | New Build Industrial

Are you a Senior Contract Administrator with solid new build industrial or commercial experience who is ready for your next step?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established Tier 2 builder delivering new build warehouse, factory and logistics projects for developers, landlords and tenants across a diverse range of industries.

The Company

National builder with a strong presence in the commercial and industrial space. With the business working towards its next stage of growth, the Sydney team is looking to bring on an experienced Senior CA to support project delivery from tender through to final account.

Projects are mostly industrial new builds in Western Sydney, ranging up to $100M in value, with the sweet spot in the $20M - $40M range.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing tender packages, procurement and trade letting, through to executed subcontract agreements
• Preparing and issuing head contract progress claims, variations and contractual notices including EOTs
• Assessing subcontractor payment claims and completing payment schedules under Security of Payment
• Preparing budgets, cashflows and monthly cost reports with your Project Manager
• Attending and minuting project meetings, and maintaining registers for RFIs, variations and EOTs
• Preparing and negotiating final accounts for the head contract and subcontractors
• Working closely with your Project Manager and Site Team to ensure smooth project delivery

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator on new build industrial projects such as warehouses, factories or logistics facilities
• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Building, Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Experience with Procore, Aconex, Cheops, ProcurePro or MS Project would be highly regarded
• Sound knowledge of contract terms and conditions, and delivery methods such as Hard Dollar and GMP
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent attention to detail
• Confident communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Please note: candidates with only residential experience will unfortunately not be suitable for this role.
