Icon is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to lead the commercial function on a major residential project in Sydney’s Inner City. You will partner with the Contracts Manager and Project Manager to drive outcomes and governance across subcontractor packages.

You will join a collaborative project team with robust systems, offering opportunity to advance across Icon's diverse sectors and strengthen your career in a supportive, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator in Tier 1/2 projects.
• Experience on large-scale residential developments, ideally > AUD 90m.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of construction contracts.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractor packages and priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, organized and solutions-focused approach.
