Job summary

ICON Group is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join our team on a large-scale residential project based in Sydney’s Inner City suburbs.

You’ll take ownership of the commercial function, working closely alongside a Contracts Manager and Project Manager, in a well-supported and collaborative project team environment. Beyond this project, there are real opportunities to progress across Icon’s diverse sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator in Tier 1/2 construction
• Experience on large-scale projects, ideally upwards of $90m
• Residential experience (apartments, build-to-rent, social housing) preferred
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of construction contracts
• Experience managing multiple subcontractor packages and competing priorities
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, QS or related discipline
