Trifecta Recruitment in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to lead the commercial function on diverse construction projects. You will own contractual management from procurement to completion and oversee subcontractor procurement, letting and negotiations.

You will work closely with Project Managers and site teams to ensure financial discipline, timely delivery, and robust risk management across a portfolio valued up to $100M+.

Formación

• Experience as Contract Administrator/Senior Contract Administrator in commercial construction.
• Proven delivery of commercial new-build projects.
• Retail, supermarket or shopping centre construction exposure is valued.
• Strong procurement, contract administration, variations and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of the commercial and contractual management from procurement through completion.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, letting, negotiations and ongoing commercial relationships.
• Oversee progress claims, variations, cost reporting, forecasting and budgets.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and site teams to achieve commercial outcomes.
• Identify and manage contractual risks to meet budgets and timeframes.
