The Technical and Engineering Network seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive the delivery of high-density, multi-storey developments in Perth. You will own construction delivery, manage sub-contractors, mitigate risks and control commercial performance.

Based in Perth, you will act as the operational bridge between development management and on-site delivery, ensuring momentum while upholding rigorous workmanship, safety and financial standards.

What You'll Bring:

• Background as a Senior Project Manager on large commercial builds
• Prior experience working with tier 1/ tier 2 builders or developer-builders
• Solid technical knowledge of structural, facade and finishing packages
• Strong skills in contract negotiation and overall financial management
• Comprehensive understanding of local WA building regulations and NCC standards
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
