If you're an experienced Contract Administrator who enjoys the commercial side of construction and wants to build a long-term career towards Commercial Management, this is an opportunity to join a national construction group where you'll be supported to do exactly that. The salary is up to $170k + super, depending on your experience.

With over 150 staff across multiple offices, the business specialises in commercial fit-out projects across the workplace, retail, hospitality and health sectors. Projects typically range from $1m to $17m, with most falling between $1m and $10m. They operate with a strong emphasis on collaboration, accountability and quality delivery. Just as importantly, they have built a fun, supportive culture with regular team activities, events and catch-ups.

You'll be working under a Director who has helped transform the Victorian business over the past five years. Starting on projects worth around $500k, the business now delivers projects up to $17m. Having started his career on the tools before progressing into leadership, he's built a reputation as an approachable leader who enjoys mentoring and developing his team.

Based from their Richmond office, you'll oversee the commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account while working closely with experienced Project Managers and senior leadership. As the Victorian business continues to grow, you'll be given increasing responsibility and the support to continue developing your career towards Commercial Manager.
