Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is partnering with a well-established, growing construction group to hire an experienced Contract Administrator in Melbourne. You will support live projects where work runs alongside day-to-day operations and strong commercial judgement is essential.

The role covers administering head contracts and subcontracts, managing variations and claims, maintaining contract registers and notices, and identifying risks early to advise project teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ contract administration experience in construction, fit-out, building services or similar.
• Live environment experience preferred (e.g. occupied buildings, healthcare, retail, education).
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
