Job summary

Redpath Partners is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator for a flagship $270m mixed-use project in Gordon on Sydney's North Shore. You will work with the PM and delivery team to manage procurement, tender analysis, and subcontract letting, ensuring commercial outcomes and risk control.

The role requires proven experience on large projects, strong front-end commercial skills, and a track record of leading packages from tender through to award and delivery.

Sydney - North Shore | $270m Project | $1.5bn Pipeline

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join a growing Sydney construction and development group on a major $270m mixed-use project in Gordon.

The project comprises two residential towers with approximately 200 apartments per tower, with mixed-use components at ground level.

The business operates across both third-party head contracting and developer-builder projects and currently has a $1.5bn forward pipeline, providing genuine continuity beyond this project.

The Role

Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you will take ownership across:

• Procurement and tendering of major trade packages
• Scope preparation, tender analysis and recommendations
• Subcontract negotiation and contract letting
• Variations, EOTs, claims and progress payments
• Cost reporting, forecasting and commercial risk
• Managing subcontractor performance throughout delivery
• Supporting the broader commercial performance of the project

This role needs someone who is genuinely strong front-end commercially and can independently procure, negotiate and let major packages - not purely a cost-reporting CA.

About You

• Experienced Senior CA from a head contractor or developer-builder
• Demonstrated experience on $100m+ projects
• Background across Class 2 residential, mixed-use, BTR, PBSA/student accommodation or aged care
• Strong procurement and subcontract negotiation experience
• Comfortable taking major packages from tender through contract award and delivery
• Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
