James Foster Consulting is partnering with a respected Tier 2 builder on a flagship Parramatta project. We seek a Senior Contract Administrator to be embedded in the project team, driving commercial outcomes with support from leadership.

You'll manage subcontract letting, head contract administration from award to completion, oversee progress claims, variations, cost reporting and budgeting, and coordinate RFI and risk management to protect margins.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Contract Administrator (reputable builder)
• Strong understanding of contract management and the construction lifecycle
• Head contract experience (ideal if you’ve worked on $50M–$150M+ environments)
• A sharp eye for detail and strong commercial awareness
• Ability to build relationships with subbies, clients, consultants and internal teams
• Drive to grow into bigger leadership responsibilities on major projects

The Role

Senior Contract Administrator $100M+ Project | Parramatta

You’ll be part of a high-performing project team delivering a major flagship project, with the support of leadership that invests in commercial capability and progression.

Day-to-day you’ll be across:

• Subcontract letting support, contract scoping and procurement

• Head contract administration across award to completion
