Job summary

James Foster Consulting is partnering with a respected Tier 2 builder in North Sydney to recruit a Senior Contract Administrator. You'll be embedded across exciting projects and supported by a leadership team that invests in your growth.

Day-to-day you will manage subcontract letting, progress claims, budgeting and RFI coordination, building strong relationships with subbies, clients and your internal team while driving project delivery from award to completion.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years experience as a Contract Administrator with a reputable builder.
• Solid understanding of subcontract management and the construction lifecycle as well as Head Contract Experience.
• A sharp eye for detail and genuine commercial awareness.
• The ability to build relationships with subbies, clients and your internal team.
• A hunger to grow, learn and be part of something genuinely great.

The Role
