Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator for a North West Sydney project. You will lead the commercial function, collaborate with the client and project team, and deliver cost‑controlled, procurement‑driven outcomes on a major education project in Sydney's North West.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a CA/Senior CA in head contractor environments, with strong contract and financial administration skills and a collaborative, self‑motivated

• Proven ability to manage contracts, cost and procurement on complex projects.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills to mentor a Commercial Team.

With a recently awarded project, they are hiring an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to lead a dynamic team. You will be the commercial lead delivering a $100M Education project in the Eastern Suburbs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Client and Project Team to ensure project success.
• Mentor and coach our Commercial Team to foster growth and excellence.
• Develop and implement the project procurement strategy.
• Manage project cost management, including Head & Subcontract Variation management.
• Handle Head Contract and Subcontractor Progress claim management.

Requirements:
