Qualifications

• Experience in change management, organisational change and transformation.
• Practical experience leading complex transformation programs across strategy, impact, engagement and adoption.
• Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation skills with the ability to translate complexity into clear messages.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver change strategies for complex transformation programs, including impact assessment and adoption.
• Engage leaders and teams to build alignment and confidence with human-centred approaches.
• Collaborate across EY’s transformation, technology, organisation and workforce capabilities.
