Infosys is a global leader in digital services and consulting, seeking an ECM/Platform Architect with 12+ years in IT and 8+ years in Filenet. You will configure, upgrade, and design Case Manager/Datascap solutions and develop Java components for integration. Strong UNIX scripting and Agile experience are essential.

The role requires relocation to Sydney, Australia, with a hybrid work model and competitive AUD salary. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive Filenet administration and platform architecture experience.
• Hands-on in Filenet upgrades, patches, and DOJO/Case Manager.
• Strong Java/J2EE with Spring, Junit, and Hibernate/iBatis.
• Experience with Unix scripting and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Configure, upgrade Filenet, Case Manager and Datacap in complex projects.
• Lead design decisions and build components for Case Manager solutions.
• Develop Java/J2EE modules to integrate with Filenet Case Manager.
• Create system monitoring tools and support risk remediation.
• Assist in estimation, sizing for new proposals; willing to travel.

Short Description:

Hands on Admin experience with Filenet Openshift Containerisation, Filenet BAW Upgrade, Installation, FileNet P8 CE & PE, FileNet Content Federation Services, IBM Case Manager, IBM Content Navigator, CE bulk upload utility, Monitoring Workflow configured using ICN Plugins and EDS, Good Java programming.

Key Responsibilities:

• 12+ years of IT industry experience. 8+ Years experience in Filenet as a Admin and as a Platform Architect.
• Should have hands on experience in setup, configuration, implementing changes in platform, upgrade and patch work. Should have sound expertise in impact analysis and trouble shooting
• Single handedly capable of guiding clients on setting up ECM Framework
• Troubleshoot and implement large and complex setup.
• Knowledge in DOJO - Min 1.8; Case Manager 5.2; Content navigator 2 and above.
• Unix - Basic scripting
• Working exp in Agile methodology
• Skills : IBM Case Manager version - 5.2.1.5 & Content navigator version - 2.0.3.7 - Should be expert level
• IBM Filenet P8 - expert - Filenet P8 5.2.0 fix pack 5 / Filenet P8 5.2.1 fix pack 5
• Java/J2EE - Advanced , Spring - Advanced , Junit- Advanced , iBatis/Hibernate - Intermediate
• Additional Skill - websphere
• Strong experience of P8 content engine and process engine APIs is a must.
• Should have sound experience in system maintenance and health check.
• Must have worked on Spring iBatis or Hibernate and Junit framework.
• Strong consulting and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience in Configuring, Setup and upgrade of Filenet. Case Manager and Datacap solutions. Candidate will be working in a team of highly motivated technical experts delivering various challenging high visibility projects.
• Ability to adapt to fast pace development model is crucial.
• Working experience in Agile Methodology is a plus
• Participate in design meetings and design decisions.
• Develop different components of Case Manager solutions like pages, workflows, widgets, custom components etc.
• Develop Java/J2EE based components to integrate with Case Manager and /or Filenet.
• Develop System Monitoring tools.
• Contribute to operational and risk remediation activities.
• Work on Estimation and sizing for new proposals
• Should be ready to travel as needed
• Ready to relocate to Sydney, Australia.
