Job summary

Infosys Brisbane is seeking an experienced ECM engineer with extensive Filenet administration and platform architecture expertise to deliver complex Case Manager and Datacap solutions. You will work in a client-facing team, handle setup, upgrades, and troubleshooting, and contribute to ongoing ECM platform improvements.

The role requires strong Java/J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate skills, solid WebSphere knowledge, and willingness to travel and relocate to Sydney, Australia.

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT experience with 8+ years in Filenet as Admin/Platform Architect.
• Hands-on in setup, configuration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Experience guiding clients on ECM framework setup.
• Strong Java/J2EE, Spring, Junit, and Hibernate proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Configure, setup and upgrade Filenet, Case Manager and Datacap solutions as part of a client delivery team.
• Adapt to fast-paced development; participate in design decisions.
• Develop components for Case Manager such as pages, workflows and widgets.

Location: Brisbane , Australia. Salary: AUD 129,311- 142,018 Annual Gross.

Short Description: Hands on Admin experience with Filenet Openshift Containerisation, Filenet BAW Upgrade, Installation, FileNet P8 CE & PE, FileNet Content Federation Services, IBM Case Manager, IBM Content Navigator, CE bulk upload utility, Monitoring Workflow configured using ICN Plugins and EDS, Good Java programming.

Key Responsibilities:

• 12+ years of IT industry experience. 8+ Years experience in Filenet as a Admin and as a Platform Architect.
• Should have hands on experience in setup, configuration, implementing changes in platform, upgrade and patch work. Should have sound expertise in impact analysis and trouble shooting
• Single handedly capable of guiding clients on setting up ECM Framework
• Troubleshoot and implement large and complex setup.
• Knowledge in DOJO - Min 1.8; Case Manager 5.2; Content navigator 2 and above.
• Unix - Basic scripting
• Working exp in Agile methodology
• Skills : IBM Case Manager version - 5.2.1.5 & Content navigator version - 2.0.3.7 - Should be expert level
• IBM Filenet P8 - expert - Filenet P8 5.2.0 fix pack 5 / Filenet P8 5.2.1 fix pack 5
• Java/J2EE - Advanced , Spring - Advanced , Junit- Advanced , iBatis/Hibernate - Intermediate
• Additional Skill - websphere
• Strong experience of P8 content engine and process engine APIs is a must.
• Should have sound experience in system maintenance and health check.
• Must have worked on Spring iBatis or Hibernate and Junit framework.
• Strong consulting and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience in Configuring, Setup and upgrade of Filenet. Case Manager and Datacap solutions. Candidate will be working in a team of highly motivated technical experts delivering various challenging high visibility projects.
• Ability to adapt to fast pace development model is crucial.
• Working experience in Agile Methodology is a plus
• Participate in design meetings and design decisions.
• Develop different components of Case Manager solutions like pages, workflows, widgets, custom components etc.
• Develop Java/J2EE based components to integrate with Case Manager and /or Filenet.
• Develop System Monitoring tools.
• Contribute to operational and risk remediation activities.
• Work on Estimation and sizing for new proposals
• Should be ready to travel as needed
• Ready to relocate to Sydney, Australia.
