Job summary

Project Pathway, a growing boutique management consultancy in Melbourne, helps major enterprises navigate complex change with a human-centred approach to operating design and enterprise change. We seek an ambitious advisory professional to drive real impact across client programmes, collaborating with senior leadership on major change efforts and operating model improvements.

You will deliver multiple workstreams, engage client stakeholders, run workshops, and produce high-quality deliverables

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in consulting, transformation or change management.
• Big 4 background highly desired but not mandatory.
• Experience across change management, operating model design or transformation.
• Strong communicator with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Structured problem solver with attention to detail.
• Comfortable juggling competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Commercial mindset focused on value and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple workstreams across transformation and change programmes.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to solve operational problems and improve ways of working.
• Help run workshops, strategy sessions and key project meetings.
• Produce analysis, presentations and high-quality deliverables.
• Manage project logistics including risks, dependencies and actions.
• Build lasting client relationships through reliable delivery.
• Support internal initiatives and new business proposals.
• Work with directors and managers to keep delivery unified.
